Unlike other mediators, Ed Sikorski is dedicated to performing mediations
only, leaving the practice of law to the local community of

Regional Focus
To maximize his effectiveness (and for his clients'
overall benefit and convenience), Ed Sikorski has chosen to
perform mediations only in Florida's
Treasure Coast and surrounding counties.
The
primary reasons for this focus is Ed's desire to develop closer working
relationships with the attorneys and adjusters serving these areas and
to enhance his ability to afford availability to the residents and professionals
of the Treasure Coast.
The 19th Judicial Circuit Court of
Florida includes Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee
counties, and Ed is available to mediate cases at any location of
your choice within this area. You can schedule mediations at your
own office or at our controlled meeting facility in Stuart, Florida. |
Cost Effectiveness
In order to make his services more cost effective, Ed has designed his rates to
provide the best possible
value.
For the remainder of 2009, he is offering his unique brand of
focused mediation services (conducted at your office) for a highly
competitive hourly fee of $250.00. There is an additional
surcharge for services conducted at a meeting facility in Stuart,
Florida.
To
further lessen the costs associated with his mediation services, Ed
Sikorski will only charge for outbound travel expenses to locations more than 60
miles from his Palm City office.
